Once the agreed service has been delivered and completed, the service engagement shall be considered fulfilled and closed.

Additional revisions, ongoing support, modifications, or extended consultation requests may require a separate agreement and additional charges.

4. Service Corrections

If there is a clear error, omission, or delivery issue directly caused by DRAGONHEAD CONSULTANCY LIMITED during the agreed delivery process, we will make reasonable corrections within an appropriate timeframe at no additional cost.

Correction requests must:

Relate directly to the original agreed scope of work

Be submitted within 7 business days after delivery

Clearly identify the issue requiring correction

Requests beyond the original agreed scope may be treated as new service requests.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Cooperate during the service process

Respond to communications in a timely manner

Review and confirm deliverables when requested

Delays caused by incomplete information or lack of communication from the customer may affect delivery timelines.

6. Payments

All payments must be completed according to the agreed pricing and payment terms before or during service delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all materials, reports, analyses, and deliverables prepared by DRAGONHEAD CONSULTANCY LIMITED remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment has been received.

Customers may use delivered materials for lawful internal business purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

DRAGONHEAD CONSULTANCY LIMITED shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Business interruption or loss of profits

Decisions made based on consulting recommendations

Delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
